Seeking a full-time Controller. To be responsible for ensuring efficient financial management of the facility.  This position coordinates all hospital activities concerned with financial administration including internal and external financial reporting as well as external auditing.  The position also assists the CFO with the areas of billing services, credit/collections, data processing, management information systems, and purchasing as needed.  Special projects related to all areas of the hospital as also a key part of the position.

Requirements: Bachelor of Science or Master’s Degree in accounting, business/public or hospital administration is required. Previous hospital financial experience is desirable.  Working knowledge of Medicare regulations and cost report preparation is beneficial. CPA or MPA required.

Seeking a full-time HR Associate to provided support to all staffing functions by posting jobs and coordinating and facilitating the new hire process. Refers applicants to specific job openings, schedules interviews, may pre-screen applicants for the Director, ensures all paperwork and licenses and certificates are obtained and validated for all employees. Coordination of meetings and conferences, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Will also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public.

Requirements: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.  Experience may substitute for education.Two (2) years of administrative support or human resources experience in a team environment.  Must have experience with general administrative processes.Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the employment process, including applicable regulatory requirements. Skill in handling multiple projects and organizing tasks to ensure attention to details.

Seeking a full time Patient Access Lead to be responsible for coordinating the day to day functions of the admitting department.  This will include patient flow, input accuracy, call offs and any other duties assigned by the Business Office Manager. Over sees employees engaged in scheduling, registration, insurance verification, orders, admitting and/or transferring outpatients, inpatients, and/or ED patients.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2 years related medical billing, insurance, and scheduling experience, preferably in a lead or supervisory role. Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries or complaints from employees or patients, and/or their representatives, and the public.
