YCU Patient Portal


Enrollment is available when you register for your next outpatient appointment, inpatient admission, and Emergency Department visit or by calling (520) 720-6522. Admitting staff will ask if you would like to provide your email address during registration.

The patient portal allows you to:

View, download and transmit health information including:

  • Lab results
  • Medications
  • Diagnosis
  • Procedures
  • Immunizations
  • Discharge Summaries
  • Care Plans

Give permission to family members and care givers to have access to your health information.

Transmit health information to your Primary Care Physician and other health care givers. (Requires secure email addresses for both you and your Primary Care Physician, ask for more details)

Download other health information into the portal to keep all medical records in one location.

After you have received your invitation and you have registered, you can log into your portal by clicking on “Patient Portal” the link below.
