Benson Hospital is a 22-bed inpatient/swing bed, eight-bed Emergency Department and Level IV Trauma Center with a multitude of outpatient services.  Our team consists of more than 190 employees.

Benson Hospital serves the San Pedro Valley Hospital District in Southern Arizona, an area population of about 5,000, with a draw area of 10,000.

Physical Therapist- Pediatric

Per Diem

Seeking a per diem,  physical therapist to provide treatments to infant, child and adolescent patients who have conditions that limit their physical abilities. You may help them learn to move their bodies correctly, make movements less painful, increase the function of injured body parts and heal from injuries. As a part of treatment, you'll develop plans that outline goals and methods you will use during patient rehabilitation. You'll also assess your patients to ensure they are advancing and that treatment is working.

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy. Currently certified as a physical therapist and having passed the National Physical Therapy Exam. Current Arizona State license to practice physical therapy. Commitment to quality care and current knowledge by documented attendance at continuing educational program, at least 20 hours every 2 years.
